Currently, we have 1 full-time corporate employee residing in Minnesota. When we start construction planned in 2024, we will have additional employees located in the area.

That’s what differentiates us from other projects, and that’s what will ultimately make this project a success.
Please highlight key trends affecting your industry.
Carbon utilization is top of mind for many in our sector. More companies are realizing that carbon is no longer just a byproduct, but now a “coproduct” that can be transported, marketed, and purchased as a commodity with the right infrastructure in place.
There is a sense that we could face a CO2 shortage at some point in the future. However, many believe that there is an excess of CO2 in the air. Finding a way to bridge that gap by redirecting CO2 emissions into everyday products will be critical in the next 5-10 years.
Talk about the key opportunities & challenges facing your business over the next 5 years.
Permitting, land acquisition, and seismic acquisition are the main challenges our business is currently facing. Long term challenges include securing firm contracted volume commitments and the development of a framework and market for carbon offsets. With all of these challenges, there is an abundance of opportunity for us to scale our business and evolve alongside an ever-changing energy and commodity market.
