AgriBank, our customer-owner Associations, and the Farm Credit System— as well as rural communities and agriculture—face significant external challenges. In the past several years, we have seen highly volatile agriculture product prices, operating cost inflation, fluctuating interest rates, and a volatile global economic and political environment. While we have seen some moderating circumstances, we expect continued uncertainty and volatility for the foreseeable future.
