Recently, I participated in the Minnesota FFA Convention as a judge and at the issues fair on the topic of ag talent and workforce. This is a critical issue to our industry and an important conversation to have both within our sector and with future, prospective talent exploring careers in agri-good.
It is so encouraging to see youth from across our state exploring and learning about opportunities for fulfilling careers in our industry! And, the “blue wave” of FFA jackets never ceases to amaze all of us in agri-food.
